Moody Reunion

The Sunday after Father's Day is always saved for our Moody Family Reunion in Jesup, GA. The theme this year was Red, White, and Blue! This is my dad's side of our family, and Trip and I have been going the last few years. It is held at the local Rec Center. Everyone brings great food, and it is always fun to see my extended aunts, uncles, etc. My dad's mom, Mema, always brings the best food. We had a great time visiting with her and my Uncle Dewey at her home on Saturday. Josh, Libby, and Wyatt were there this year, and everyone enjoyed seeing the newest baby! Coming to the reunion is special to me because it brings back wonderful memories of my dad. We always came growing up and now it is great to be able to bring my family to be a part of it all. Thanks to Uncle Dewey for all he does each year!!!!

The Jesup Recreation Center where the reunion is held. This park holds lots of memories for me! The annual Dogwood Festival takes place here each spring.
