Grammar

I love grammar. I loved to edit papers. I loved to teach children about the rules of the English language. I loved spelling tests. BUT I have discovered recently that I have been using the wrong contraction for the words 'you all'. Yes I say you all, and I live in the south. For YEARS I know I have written .......ya'll. I am sure you all know that the correct way is .....y'all. This has bothered me for a week. A contraction is the combination of two words so I know the correct way makes sense. I just had to get it out there. I feel better! Here's a pic of Davis to make us all feel better!
