Baby Alexander had a baby Sprinkle last week at our local Italian restaurant Provinios. I enjoyed getting to visit with my sweet friends and they blessed our baby with gifts and prayers. I have lived in Auburn now for eight years and I appreciate each of these friendships I have made here. Auburn is the first city I lived in outside of Valdosta, and it has been so good to my family and me.
Anna and Vanessa----
I met Anna through church and feel like I've known her forever. Anna is always encouraging and positive about everything! Vanessa is my creative and crafty friend who shares my love of milk glass and distressed antiques! She always is wonderful to ask about me and my family. I look forward to whenever I can visit with her!
Meg, Brigite, and Michelle
Meg is our neighbor and a great one at that! We love getting to see her family most days of the week. She is so thoughtful and an awesome mommy to her two sweet babies! Brigite also was our neighbor for a few years and I got to know her through mutual friends. She is a great entertainer and she and her family have been so good to us! I met Michelle a few years ago at church and we have so much in common, including our sense of humor and love of sweets! Michelle has always been so willing
to watch Davis for me and has been a lifesaver!
Laura, Emily, and Meagan
I met Laura through our mutual friend Rachael, and I have loved getting to know her. She also has a 3 year old so and Davis always enjoyes playing with Alan! They are a lot alike! Emily and I took a Baby Gym class with our little one years old, and we have remained friends and try to get together at least once a month! She organized this shower for me and she is so caring and sweet to all her friends! Meagan is in our SS class and an awesome designer. We love getting to have dinners with her sweet family. Her husband is also an engineer so we understand each other!
Deena and Morgan
Deena and I have oldest children one week apart. Blakely was one of D's first friends and Deena was my first Mommy friend here. We continue to enjoy seeing them whenever we can! We have shared lots in our first years of being mommies! Morgan is our old neighbor and I love getting to see her! She is so funny and I am glad we continued our friendship outside of Bedrock Drive!! Her wedding was the first and only one we have been to in Auburn!
I feel blessed to have friends from different seasons of life. Childhood, college, and now adulthood. Each means so much to me and I am thankful for them all!
