12 months have flown by and our Spence is one! We celebrated on his actual big day September 7. We woke him up with balloons, and he loved them! He is growing and learning new things everyday. Here are some recent things about the birthday boy!
- 23 pounds!
- Can stand alone and walk a couple of steps
- Still takes 2 naps a day and sleeps great at night
- LOVES sweets like his mommy
- Points everywhere to show us what he wants
- Can say uh-oh, daddy, mommy
- Loves cheese, bread, sweet potatoes, pancakes, strawberries
- Still likes Elmo, little cars, and flags
- Has 8 teeth and I'm expecting to see a few more soon
- Loves to dance and the song "Wagon Wheel"
- He has so much fun and we are SO thankful for him!

Happy Birthday, Spence! He is just sooo adorable. And Elizabeth, congratulations on surviving the first year:) I'm starting to realize what an accomplishment this is;)
